25-minute Miracle Morning Routines

Every human is chasing success and productivity in one way or another, but productivity doesn’t come by luck but by intentionality. If you want to be productive, you need to set your priorities right and decide what you want in life using miracle morning routines.

Many people are busy in life, but the question is, they are busy doing what? Chasing happiness. Happiness is not to be chased; it comes from certain practices that have become your habits.

Miracle Morning Routines

When you build your happiness around material things or achievement, you will likely battle depression till you die. The best thing a man can do to himself is building his life and happiness around his growth and watch other things come to him with just a little effort.

A few years back, I had set certain goals for myself and was determined to give my best to ensure I hit my goals and reward myself. Few weeks after I started chasing my goals, I realized I lost my motivation, and I would wake up in the morning and pick my phone and spend the first few hours on social media checking through the feeds and pictures of different people.

I realized time was going, and I had not even hit a single goal. I became less consistent with my to-do list, so I sat down to know where I missed it and I realized that I was no longer consistent with the early morning routines I set for myself; I was not sowing morning seeds in my mind, I was no longer intentional about my early morning routines.

Then I spoke with a friend who introduced me to what is called miracle morning routines. I listened and drafted my miracle morning routines, and that was how my life changed, my results changed, and I began to hit my goals consistently.

Morning miracle routines are powerful routines that help you reset your focus and help prepare your mind ahead of the day’s work and help you do your job with a free mind and full confidence in your gifts and abilities.

Morning miracle routines help you declutter your mind for you to feel energized and refreshed for the day’s tasks. When you do this daily, and you won’t just have your mind focused, but the transformation will happen from within that will lead to the total change in your personality, habits, character, and every other thing that makes an individual achieve success.

Here are morning miracle routines that will change your life and your results;

  1. Silence

Silence

Many things happen when we learn to stay silent in bed for the first five to ten minutes of our twenty-four hours. Silence is a potent tool many successful people engage as part of their early morning routines. That moment when nothing is running through your mind; the moment when your mind is calm and peaceful, and you are full of gratitude, focused on your morning prayers that are called the silent state of mind. Dedicating five minutes of your morning miracle routines will yield a great result for you beyond your expectations.

This is one way to draw strength in place of prayers and declutter your mind of every negative thought that can drain your energy. Avoid rushing to pick your phone to check your mails or check through your social media pages, it is very wrong, and you will not just waste your time but get your mind to feed on content that you should never feed on or on sad news you shouldn’t have access to.

Learn to switch off your phones before going to bed or off your data; keep it far from you where your hand cannot easily reach. Naturally, there is a part of the brain that doesn’t like you going out of your comfort zone; you will be discouraged from standing and picking your phone.

When you practice this over time, it becomes part of you, and your five minutes of silence can be productive and effective.

 

  1. Meditation

Meditation

As a Christian who believes in daily bible study, I learned to use the second five minutes here to meditate on scriptures; I check my daily bible verse and meditate on the verse till it occupies my mind.

Now that is me; you could decide to meditate on a quote from your favorite author or read a book for that five minutes, in all, ensure you do something that will impact your life and fill your mind; something you can meditate on.

Dedicating your second five minutes to meditating on quality content is an excellent way of building a healthy mind, especially if they are inspiring or motivating content. They help you ignite your passion and activate the super-power that propels you towards greatness.

To get the best of mediation, you should be intentional about all these morning miracle routines, especially meditation; set goals for these routines, know what you want to meditate on base on what you want daily before you meditate.

 

  1. Journaling

Journaling

Many people have testified about journaling on how it has helped them get a clear mind and align their spirit, soul, and body. Journaling helps you get your mind decluttered such that you can receive fresh or new ideas, revelations, counsels, and renews your strength to get things done.

When you spend your third five minutes journaling your new ideas, action points, and every change you are observing in your life you would have poured out your mind on paper and step out with a free mind.

But the mistake we make most times is that we think journaling ends at the point of writing; we can truly draw power from journaling when we learn the art of revisiting; revisiting our journals to read our thoughts, ideas, and every new goal we set for ourselves and work on them.

 

  1. Exercise

Exercises are good morning miracle routines. When you allocate the fourth five minutes of your time to exercise, you will achieve the best result. They help you relieve stress, both physical and mental, which enables you to reset your focus for increased productivity. Many people believe exercise is too stressful for them, but there are different kinds of exercise and less stressful but powerful.

Exercise stimulates your vagus nerve, activates the healing system, energizes you from within, and gets you ready to hit your goals, either your daily or long-term goals.

Exercise helps avoid certain illnesses that can hinder you from reaching optimum health like chronic stress, resulting in brain fog, arthritis, and mental stress. When stress stays long in the body, it affects your productivity.

Morning exercise as part of your morning miracle routines helps you clear your mind and re-energize you to carry out your daily tasks.

 

  1. Affirmations/mantras

This is one of the most powerful morning miracle routines. Affirmations are great tools that help us retain a positive mindset by changing our paradigms by breaking down old negative thoughts affecting our results.

When you learn to confess these words or recite your affirmations using your fourth five minutes, you will experience the transformation that will change your attitude towards your goals, thereby affecting your results entirely.

For your affirmations to be effective, ensure you know yourself so well, know your deepest desires, dreams, wishes, and life goals, then write your goals in connection with all these. You must devote the fifth five minutes of your first twenty minutes to this morning miracle routine for productivity.

  1. Visualization

 

Adding visualization as part of your morning miracle routines is a very powerful one. Visualization is one of the most ignored tools today because many are ignorant of its connection to their productivity.

Visualization helps you design your results; when you visualize how you want your day to be, your tasks, and how you want to hit your goals. Visualization helps to prepare your mind for the tasks ahead. It is a work of our imagination; when we learn to engage our minds, we will be more effective and productive at what we do. Whatever you see in your mind is what you eventually become. So, constructively engage your mind if you want to achieve your set goals and get new results in life.

Forget about your past failures and what is not working, rather focus on your present situation and your desired result. Resist every urge to focus on your past while visualizing; it drains your energy.

Many people have been caught up with early morning checking through their phones, and before they realized what is happening, the first few hours of their twenty-four hours are gone. This is the reason why many don’t hit their goals because they lack motivation. They do not build a good routine that can shift them into the realm of success.

Self-care is an important aspect we do not always talk about or pay close attention to – At least, quite a number of folks do not; many people are so preoccupied with tons of activities and trivialize the need for self-care practices. As an individual, you have to understand and estimate the true value of self-care by giving yourself the go-ahead to take good care of yourself, wholly sticking with the process, and working with a self-care routine that works best for you. You also have to do away with any doubt or self-criticism that comes knocking and pay more attention to the results.

The truth is, often, self-care practices are not always fascinating and relaxing. Sometimes we may not always feel like carrying them out, but it calls for intentionality, and you may have to get out of your comfort zone to carry them out.

  2. Do not lessen your value or exchange it with fears. You are more than enough. Do not hold back.

Yes, it is, But is Sugar A Blessing or a Curse? it’s definitely an unhealthy substance that’s pretty hard to avoid these days. Everywhere you turn, there’s sugar. It is loaded into the majority of processed foods, where it lurks in even the most unsuspecting places – bread, sauces, salad dressings, and even frozen fruit!

Today, the over-consumption of sugar is the number one cause of the obesity epidemic worldwide. While the USDA recommends only 8 teaspoons (32 grams) of added sugar per day, the average person eats approximately 53 teaspoons (212 grams).

There are a lot of issues that can be caused by consuming too much sugar, specifically added sugar. So here our confusion clears about sugar blessing or a curse? As you’re consuming a lot more of it than you actually realize. How does it happen, you may ask. Well, it does so in a pretty complicated way. First, it makes your body more insulin resistant, causing your pancreas to work harder and produce more insulin each time you eat, storing a large part of incoming calories in fat cells.

Secondly, there’s the hormone called “leptin,” which insulin blocks sending signals to your brain you’ve eaten enough. This causes you to eat more because your body thinks it’s starving.

 

Damages Your Immune System and Robs Your Body Of Essential Minerals


Besides being empty calories with no value in nutrition, sugar damages your immune system actually robs your body of essential minerals. Sugar causes vital minerals like potassium, sodium, calcium, and magnesium, to seep from the body. This can weaken the teeth and bones, causing tooth decay and diseases like osteoporosis.

Also, by reducing the efficiency of white blood cells for hours at a time after consumption, sugar compromises the immune system and obstructs our ability to fight disease and infection.

Sugar leads to some deadly diseases. The first one is diabetes. As you know, sugar causes your body to become more resistant to insulin. When you consume excess sugar long enough, it becomes chronic. When this happens, your body loses the ability to process incoming food. Since most things you eat are converted to blood sugar before further processing, high insulin resistance means certain death. This is the point where people need insulin shots to stay alive.

Diabetes is hereditary, and this is partly true. Type 1 diabetes is indeed caused by genes, but that’s for a minority of cases. The majority is type 2, which can be acquired if you don’t watch your sugar intake.

The second threat associated with sugar is cancer. There is an old saying: “cancer loves sugar.” Several studies have shown that consuming high levels of sugar can lead to the development of cancer cells. Excessive sugar intake has been linked to increased risk for breast, colon, pancreatic, colorectal, and endometrial cancer.

The third threat associated with sugar is liver problems. Sugar is half glucose and half fructose. The liver is the only organ that can metabolize fructose. When excess fructose enters the liver, it gets turned into fat that can build up over time and ultimately lead to disease.

Niagara Falls is renowned as one of the top tourist destinations in the United States and Canada. It remains an irresistible travel destination for travelers from around the world. Why you may ask? The journey to these falls is not quite convenient to any major U.S. city which means visitors to the US will need at least two days to visit Niagara Falls.

While it may be a daunting task to visit Niagara, it offers a blend of unique cultural experiences. There are interesting vacation points within the area. Aside from the rugged terrain and tedious task of setting at least a couple of days to visit Niagara Falls, the climatic condition is almost unfriendly round the year. Precipitation occurs throughout the area round the year and during the winter season, it’s tough.

Why all these hassles to visit a vacation destination, you may be inclined to ask. It’s simple, excellent P.R.

Across the world, Niagara Falls is known as a must-see travel spot. Recently, I connected with my friend who’s from Taiwan and asked if he was acquainted with Niagara Falls prior to emigrating to the U.S. He gave a shocking revelation, not only did he know about Niagara, he learned about the falls while in grade four. He went on to provide details that lots of Asians back home saw Niagara Falls as one of the most places one must visit in North America.

The fall’s reputation is also remarkable across Europe. It’s often compared with the Great Walls of China or the Taj Majal, of China and India respectively.

Niagara Falls has an enduring reputation. Perhaps, it’s because it doesn’t disappoint. Views from the falls themselves are breath-taking. Not only this, the famous Maid of the Mist cruise takes tourists directly through the falls. The serene around the falls surrounding cities leaves unforgettable experiences. Ontario, the native town of Niagara Falls is renowned for its allure and beauty.

A walk along Queen Victoria Park just along the falls on the Canadian side provides an exhilarating experience you can’t shake off. The pristine view from the Canadian side gives a sense of what it would feel like visiting the falls before it became famous as a travel and vacation spot.

I conducted a survey by speaking with forty persons that had visited the falls in recent times. I performed this survey talking to people I randomly chose, and the results were pretty much interesting. (most of the people there emigrated from outside the U.S., or they had chosen the area as their new home ) They ranged from young adults to retirees, most of who traveled from places around the world, most of who visited the spot during a tour.

Here’s a summary of the feedback I got:

Were the falls worth visiting?

A resounding yes. The majority of the respondents acknowledged that the trip from their cities was lengthy, but only a few persons seemed to bother about the distance. Many persons I spoke with commented about how they enjoyed visiting the countryside and basking in the euphoria of the warmth the area provides.

Individuals that included a trip to Niagara Falls as part of a tour of Canada anticipated a long journey and were expected to worry less. Just one person showed displeasure. He simply said he wasn’t impressed given the long-distance he traveled.

 Most recommended attractions?

The Maid of the Mist boat cruise is remarkably glorious. The boat cruise was highlighted by many people as the best way to tour the area for individuals who had trouble going to the Canadian side because of visa re-entry issues. The Cave of the Winds tour elevator takes visitors from the bottom of the falls; this activity proved exciting for individuals who wanted an alternative to the boat ride.

The helicopter tour proved exciting, although just a single person in my survey took this tour.

My survey about nighttime illumination of the falls gave mixed feedback, while some persons found it amazing, a few other individuals found it less exciting. A few travelers who visited with kids recommended a trip to the fall’s surrounding town, Ontario as it hosts lots of pleasurable sites that are sure to please kids.

How long should one stay in Niagara Falls?

This question attracted different answers. While some individuals felt a few hours was more than adequate to tour the falls, not a single person suggested staying in the area beyond two days

When should you go to Niagara Falls?

This question poses a challenge. As expected, Niagara falls records a high number of visitors during the summer. Some who visited in the winter season spoke about the magnificent sight of the falls surrounded by ice. These individuals spoke about their regret of not been able to take the Maid of the Mist boat ride as it stops running in October.

From the opinion of the winter visitors, I spoke with, visiting the falls during the winter season requires some preparation against the cold weather condition.

Some travelers recommended visiting during the fall to enjoy the foliage in Upstate New York along the way.

Conclusively, many of the participants in this survey saw Niagara Falls as an excellent getaway destination. To make the most of a trip to the fall, take some time to visit Toronto and spend the weekend, whether you’re visiting from Boston or New York. Chances are you’ll be thrilled if you visit prepared for the weather conditions. Also, plan to stay just a couple of days and shed high expectations about tourist attractions outside of those related to the falls.
